Refunds & Returns Policy

All products at Free Oppression are made to order. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item or color

  • Delayed shipments due to carrier issues

✔ But if there's a problem with the print or product, we fix it.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (your choice)

There is no cost to you, and in most cases you do not need to return the item.

How to request a replacement or refund

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

Once verified, replacements are printed and shipped immediately or a refund is issued to your original payment method.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives with the wrong item or missing items, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the package and contents. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • First check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.

  • If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.

Depending on the carrier’s investigation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a printing or manufacturing error.

Non-returnable reasons include (but are not limited to):

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Dislike of the design after receiving it

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Minor color variation due to monitor differences

Exchanges

We do not offer size/color exchanges. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your original payment method once processed.
